Hi, my name is Susie,
As a personal trainer for 30 odd years, I am always looking out for fun and exciting ways to make exercise fun and assessable.
So when I first saw Antigravity Fitness way back in 2007.
I was completely blown away. I bought myself a crappy hammock to learn on my own but I didn't have the knowledge or the confidence to know what I was doing. It was a pretty new concept at the time.
It took a while but in 2016 I went off to Sydney and then Melbourne to do my Antigravity training so I could share this amazing form of movement with other people.
I have been teaching Aerial Yoga on a small scale ever since but In 2020 during Covid 19 and with the on and off lockdowns I made the decision to set up a small studio. I mean what else was there to do?
I wanted to create a space were others could enjoy this style of yoga to fully relax with no judgement and to be accessible to everyone.
I really like giving one on one attention to my clients and complete beginners are my favorite.
So don't worry if you have never done yoga or think it will be too hard.
The beauty of private or semi private sessions is that it is tailored to you and where you are at the time.
I am lucky to have had all sorts of people in my studio. Mums, dads, kids, people with disabilities, people with injuries, big and small people. Everyone is welcome :)
